It’s a dry heat, August in Phoenix, been her since I was 9 and all I got to say is it’s a dry heat, like a welding torch, yes it is! We moved here in 69 and I knew there was something wrong when we came done out of Flagstaff into the desert in July, and at the time the city landmark on the freeway was a clock set up by Goodyear that also gave the temperature, which read, 107 degrees. We stopped at the first motel my Dad could find with AC and a Pool, and some hooker said, but it’s a dry heat. Stupid bitch! Take me back home to Flagstaff!

Walter is 100 percent right about Phoenix Arizona. Sometimes it can get up to 120 degrees in august. When I moved to Michigan, I never got a sunburn because I constantly got burnt in the desert sun while living there.
