Fun fact: even though lots of Americans use the ‘cuh-RIB-be-an’ pronunciation, the official Disney way to pronounce it is the ‘care-rib-BEE-an’ way. Cast members at both Disneyland and Disney World are taught to say it that way and it is considered closer to how actual inhabitants of the Caribbean pronounce it.
